The check in clerk was a total lifesaver, ensuring I found a new hotel hassle-free. The comfortable bed, toothbrush and toothpaste, great shuttle service, and the fantastic steak house experience made my stay amazing! The staff went above and beyond, making it incredibly handicap-friendly and offering us a ride to the airport and a complimentary meal. A jaw-dropping experience!

stayed at hyatt regency during our brief visit and found it very convenient for our early morning flight. the shuttle service to and from the airport was a big help. the room was clean and had a good coffee maker, although we could've used more milk. the staff, especially crystal, was very helpful with our lost debit card and parking issues. overall, a stress-free stay 👍

The hotel has an excellent restaurant at a very reasonable price. Thanks to the good location, it took us 15 minutes to get to the bus stop. There are lots of restaurants to eat, like Wendy's, which is only a 5-minute walk away.

The triple room had a great view of the airfield, and the location in a quieter area away from the elevator was a nice bonus.

I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the sleek and spacious lobby. The white marble flooring and light-wood front desk provided an elegant touch to the hotel's ambiance. The modern ballroom and small poolside terrace were especially delightful for leisurely evenings. Additionally, the accessibility for senior people was quite accommodating, with easy navigation through the hotel's common areas and a convenient shuttle service to the airport terminal.

A shower facility near the pool area would have enhanced the vacation experience for senior people.

The room was so cozy and inviting, with a plush pillowtop bed and a lovely seating area to unwind after a hectic day. The view of the runway from the window was awesome, and the free WiFi kept the kids happy.

Personally, I found the iPod dock a bit outdated, but others might still enjoy it.

Unique hotel with outstandingly accommodating personnel during check-out. A nice area, particularly good and unbeatable location short walk to a quick getaway, and airport shuttle. My favourite property in Dallas.
